My experience stems from over 10 years of Management in various sectors to include undergraduate studies in Kinesiotherapy and Healthcare management, Certification in Laser Therapy and Licensed as a Permanent Makeup Artist.
I've Always Loved helping people in general and as our community is pulling back together normalcy, the need to encourage, motivate and sculpt our health back to a balanced state has become a desired need. So I decided to research some techniques and Natural Methods that would aid us into getting that Covid weight off and regain our Sexy Back!
